The last few years changed everything I thought I knew about life, love, and strength.
The day I gave birth to my daughter, I also lost someone I loved deeply. And before I could fully heal, we lost another. My body started breaking down — high blood pressure, pre-diabetes and then cancer touched my family.
That was my wake-up call. A moment I’ll never forget. I promised myself I’d never again take my health, my peace, or my body for granted.
That’s when wellness became sacred to me.
And yoga, after 15 years of practice became my lifeline. My safe place. The one thing that held me together when everything else felt like it was falling apart.
