We’re big believers in the idea that if you wouldn’t trust it in your own home, why would you put it in someone else’s? Ratia Construction got its start when Kiril and his wife remodeled their own historical home. They experienced first-hand what it’s like to invest in a historical remodel and the ups and downs that can come with that. Scores of projects later, we work on homes of all shapes & sizes with some of the Midwest’s most renowned interior designers and architects. For us the greatest honor is when a designer trusts us to work on their own home. We’re thrilled to share that we are working on centeredbydesign’s Claire Staszak’s latest and most personal project to date.
