We celebrated Ethiopian New Year in Austin, Texas! ✨2018 is in full swing and I’m so thankful to have brought it in with all of you that showed up and made that a night to remember! 🥹 Shout out to my momma for making the bread we forgot to film but everyone loved and finished off with a quickness!!! And TY to everyone at @thepershingeast for always double checking with me to make sure we got all the details just right for a beautiful night we were all proud of. I did it for the culture I love so much. I did it so habeshas in Austin didn’t have to drive hours or only have the option of home or going out to eat to celebrate. We deserve to do it big here too.
