#FAFO Everyone has a 1st Amend right to say anything, no matter how vile. That means this hateful person (rightfully) cannot be prosecuted for her words. But the 1st Amend doesn’t remove the CONSEQUENCES of your words. At @TexasTech this hateful harassment won’t be tolerated.
