The Alpha Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi is excited to welcome Ms. Shelia White as our new House Mom. White comes to Oxford from Western Michigan University, where she spent the last eight years serving as House Mom at the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, White spent several years working factory and labor jobs before transitioning to home healthcare. After several years working in these various industries, she finally found her calling, to mentor and guide young men and women in Fraternities and Sororities. “I love people, I love to meet people, and I had a good experience at AOPI, and so when this came up, I thought, ‘Great!’” A mother to three boys and one daughter, White is excited to welcome the brothers into our brand-new home, and is eager to make connections with our Alumni, Parents, and Community Partners as well.
