My fruit tier list for when Iโm in a calorie deficit ๐ โ ๐ โโ
Depending on how low my calorie deficit is, these are my go-to fruits I normally substitute in to save calories and keep me full.
Of course you can still eat any fruit during a cut if youโre craving it or because you just want to eat it and you can fit it in, but when youโre feeling hungry during a cut, making these swaps can help a lot with keeping you full and satiated which could ultimately determine whether or not you can stick to your calorie deficit!
