Try this Korean Strawberry Syrup recipe (딸기청) 🇰🇷🍓 Makes 3 serves: 50 kcal per serve (depends on what sugar alternatives you use — total carbs can vary) 15c 0f 1p INGREDIENTS: Strawberry 250g Stevia 40g (You can use other sugar alternatives. Just keep in mind that some sweeteners can vary in sweetness) Lemon juice 20g Optional : 1~2 sachet of equal or 10g of Allulose for extra sweetness 1. Chop strawberries into small pieces, put it in the sterilised (by boiling) glass jar. 2. Add stevia, lemon juice and equal as per your personal preference of sweetness! (I added 2 sachets!) 3. Let it sit in the fridge overnight, then use it as you want!
