Korean Inspired Savoury Chicken Oat Porridge š„£

Ingredients
- 45g of quick oats (I think you should be able to use whatever oats you want!)
- 250g of chicken bone broth (we used Campbellās)
- 100g of cooked chicken breast
- 20g of scallions
- 5g of minced garlic
- 2g of sesame oil
- 2g of furikake
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. In a bowl, combine the oats, chicken bone broth, chicken breast, scallions, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes and stir. Further microwave for another 1.5 minutes.
3. Give it one final stir and top it off with sesame oil and furikake, and enjoy!
