What I eat in a day to maintain my abs whenever I have “Cheat Meal” 🍔 I always get asked how I’ve been able to maintain my diet for 13 years and not get obsessive to the point where I have an ED. For me, it’s all about finding that balance between enjoyment and when I should be strict with my diet. Yes I have binged, but this is only the period of like 3-4 months straight after competing. The many years outside of that, I don’t binge at all. What I have noticed for myself and others whenever this happens is that this stems from being too strict for a long period of time and putting yourself in extreme conditions. During my off season, life happens and I’ll still have days where I can’t stick to my diet which is totally okay. There are many approaches to foods and events you can’t track but what I’ve been doing recently is just bank my calories as much as I can.
