NAVY METHOD:
Things you’ll need:
- Rope measuring tape
- Steel measuring tape (if the rope isn’t long enough)
- Body weight scale
Do this as consistently as possible - preferably in the morning after you’ve gone to the bathroom and before you eat anything.

2. Your height
3. Your neck (around the narrowest)
4. Your waist (at the navel for boys and around the thinnest part for girls)
4. Your hips / butt (girls only)
