Quick upper body workout🔥
Really disliked using the crutches in the gym, but the Doc told me 3 times Im gonna need them for atleast a few days, (depending on how quickly I recover). Definitely has been a bother, but we got it done and clocked in!
Workout:
Bench: 3x7
(With a 1x1 top set)
Close grip bench: 3x6
(Forgot to record this😅)
Incline db press: 4x10
Seated db curls: 3x10
Very light workout, but sometimes less is more, especially on days like this! Simple but effective🤍
