Thankful for all the lessons and blessings 2024 had to offer🤍 From working with one of my dream companies filled with amazing women who’ve been inspiring me since the beginning (tried not to fan girl to hard and trip on my words loll) to making long time connections with some of the most genuine girls i’ve met in the fitness industry (thankfulll for my girls🤍) A lot of ups and a lot of downs when it came to my fitness journey and physical health, which in turn taught me lessons I needed to learn mentally, like being patient with my body, being more grateful for when I am healthy and knowing that I’m not invincible, but I am an imperfect human that wants to become the best version of themselves, no matter the season, and the bad seasons do come to pass.
