Legacy Week Faculty Spotlight: Meg Paul This week, we are honored to feature Meg Paul megpaul_dance , Dean of the Joffrey Ballet School and a former Principal dancer with both The Joffrey Ballet and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. With a career spanning over forty years, Meg has performed works by Gerald Arpino, Robert Joffrey, Twyla Tharp, Dwight Rhoden, and countless other masters, earning recognition on international stages and on Broadway in Twyla Tharp’s Tony Award-winning Movin’ Out. Her artistry and leadership have been acknowledged with numerous awards, including the Princess Grace Award, the International Dance Competition of the Americas, and the Detroit Renaissance Hero Award. Beyond performance, Meg has built an extensive career in teaching, directing, and program development, guiding students at Wayne State University, Complexions Contemporary Ballet Academy, and now at Joffrey Ballet School.
