And to anyone who has ever stepped on one knows that, that “sticking” hurts!�� . These sharp burrs cause serious injury to people, pets, wildlife, bicycle and vehicle tires, and livestock, and are easily spread by vehicles, pedestrians, and �animals, resulting in even larger populations. . We loved the story telling and double meaning of the word goathead, and wanted to make sure the thorn was represented well.
