It’s true! Despite the chaos of the demo, it fills me with so much joy! Restoring our century-old Spanish Colonial home is one of the most significant projects I’ve taken on so far. In my Story this past weekend, I got some great questions! One of you asked about our living arrangements during the renovation… We’ve budgeted to rent a two-bedroom apartment for 6 months. It’s an exciting (albeit cozy) journey for my whole family! Another question that came up: What are we renovating first? Short answer: EVERYTHING! We’re updating the entire interior and have plans to address the exterior and landscaping afterward.
