🥯 tillybagel 📍Chicago, IL 📅 2023 🏅Tilly Bagel Shop owner, Hannah Tillett, was awarded the Rising Star Baker Award from StarChefs in 2024. 👩‍🍳 Tilly Bagel Shop was founded by award-winning chef Hannah Tillett and architect Mike Banaszak. Since 2023, they have opened two locations of Tilly Bagel and have been featured in several articles for having the best bagels in Chicago. Mike is an architect by trade and designs and consults with the construction of each shop. The bagel recipe is sourdough Chicago Style bagel, with a light and fluffy interior and slightly crisp exterior.
