🥯 holeycitybagels 📍 Charleston, SC 📅 2017 🏅 Holey City Bagels took home 2 bronze medals at last year’s BagelFest, for Most Creative and Schmear of the Year 👩‍🍳 Holey City Bagels was founded by Greg Odachowski, a former teacher and self-taught baker who spent years chasing the bagel he couldn’t find in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2017, Greg launched Holey City Bagels at the Charleston Farmers Market. Bridget Odachowski, a former fine dining manager and lawyer, began helping Greg in 2021 as the business expanded. When they opened their first brick-and-mortar shop in 2022, she officially came on board as co-owner to lead operations, build the team, and scale the business. Today, Holey City Bagels is open six days a week and known for its small-batch bagels, made entirely in-house with no shortcuts.
