I’m lucky enough to be able to walk to work each morning. It takes me about 20 minutes and I get to walk along the canal most of the way. There’s no better combination than fresh air and exercise to start the day. #LifeAsA #MediaAssistant #EmployeeTakeover #WalkToWork
