Supply chain disruptions have become all too common. So why hasn’t #AI —with all its uses —been the solution? We worked with Aera Technology to learn why companies struggle to maximize their value from AI in #supplychains. We found that the root cause lies not with technology, but with how and where companies are applying it; most still focus on using AI for analytics and prediction, not to make recurring decisions by recognizing patterns in big data that humans cannot see.
