Since the start of 2022, there’s been a couple new things I’ve added into my daily routine. I’ve been working on practicing mindfulness by taking a few moments to myself to journal each week.
With the help of
@MicrosoftStore, I've been able to use the Surface Go 3 and Journal app wherever I go. So far, journaling has helped me explore my emotions at the time, push through creative blocks, brainstorm new content ideas, and boost my overall motivation!
There are so many benefits to this activity and I absolutely love having a digital portfolio of my journal entries - while still getting that pen-to-paper feeling while writing on my tablet. Have you tried journaling yet? How has it benefited you?
