A popular dog treat sold in stores in the Midwest is being recalled due to potential salmonella contamination, with the Food and Drug Administration warning that the tainted products could also lead to infections in humans.⁠ ⁠ All-natural dog treat company Best Buy Bones Inc., of Mount Morris Michigan, recalled four lots of Nature's Own Pet Chews Bully Bites, according to an FDA release issued Oct. 3.
