No longer jet lagged and settling well but lots of change means I’m still quite tired. I’m not complaining though! I really like Loughborough so if this is considered crappy then I have high hopes for everywhere else. For those who care about the training I’m doing here, it’s going great. I’m mainly sore from adjusting to a new program, not the walking (I filmed myself immediately after a double threshold session).
