Juan has been a part of Straus Family Creamery for over 13 years. He joined as a part-time Warehouse Associate while working full-time at Costco. When our warehouse was in critical need of support, Juan stepped in with dedication and focus. His strong work ethic made him indispensable, and he soon accepted a full-time supervisor position at our Petaluma warehouse. When Straus transitioned to the Rohnert Park Creamery, Juan took on leadership of the dock team, working closely with Production Operations. His adaptability and commitment have played a vital role in the success of our warehouse and dock operations. “He's always a strategic thinker. It's as if he already knows what can go wrong and is prepared for it” said Steven Rubio. Juan is a proud supporter of the Xolos soccer team and a longtime member of Team Straus FC.
