Meet Kenia Flores—Packaging Lead, mom of three, dog mom to Sonic, and all-around powerhouse. Since joining Straus in 2020, Kenia has worked her way up from the yogurt line to becoming a lead on the production floor. She played a key role in helping launch our Rohnert Park facility, quickly mastering our glass and plastic fillers and every packaging line along the way. Kenia leads with heart and shows up for her community too, volunteering regularly at the homeless shelter and Redwood Empire Food Bank. As Senior Production Manager Mark Centeno puts it, “We are lucky to have such a talented leader as part of our team.” We couldn’t agree more.
