A medical helicopter crash in Sacramento Monday night critically injured three people, including pinning a woman underneath, after experiencing an "in-air emergency" and landing in the middle of a highway, according to officials. Captain Justin Sylvia, a spokesperson for the Sacramento Fire Department, said a pilot, nurse and paramedic were taken to hospitals, calling it "mind blowing" that no one on the highway was injured since it crashed right in the center.
