Getting our son water safe and loving the ocean has been one of our main goals since he was born. My parents put the time in when I was his age and it paid off. My life and career have been based around the ocean because of it. We have been dunking him underwater since he was an infant and he's never worn any form of flotation while swimming because we never want him to rely on flotation when he's in or near a body of water. We have nothing against it and many kids learn to swim perfectly fine with flotation assistance. This is just how I learned and how we chose to teach Stetson. He's not even two years old and he treads water holding big rocks in his hands for extended periods of time. Pure confidence and comfort in the water. No panic ever and that's a huge part of it. I've started getting him on my surfboard with me and that will be in the next video. It's a dream come true for us. We are so proud of him! 💙 #WaterBaby
