Are you paying a trainer to teach the game… or just a rebounder?
Group training is often misunderstood. When structured the right way, group sessions don’t drastically reduce reps — and while you might sacrifice a small amount, what you gain is knowledge, reads, and decision-making capabilities that actually transfer to real games and can’t be easily replicated in solo sessions🧠🏀
Reps are important, but they’re ultimately the player’s responsibility OUTSIDE of the session. A trainer’s job is to teach the why, when, and how — and that often requires multiple bodies to recreate real game actions.
This is the difference between simply getting reps… and truly developing as a player.
