đ World Mental Health Day đ
People see the trophies, the titles, the records, but they donât always see what it took to get here.
There were years of chaos and pain behind the strength you see today. Times when I felt completely lost. Times when I didnât believe Iâd ever be okay again. I grew up carrying more than a child ever should, and for a long time, that weight followed me into adulthood.
Training saved me in many ways. It gave me purpose, a reason to fight, a space to pour my pain into something powerful. But even as a Worldâs Strongest Woman, there are still days I have to fight the battles no one sees.
Strength isnât about never struggling. Itâs about facing those dark moments and choosing to keep going. To ask for help. To let yourself heal, even when it feels impossible.
If youâre struggling today, please know: itâs okay to not be okay. Youâre not weak for feeling. Youâre not broken for hurting. And no matter how heavy it feels, you can rise again.
