Today’s feature is one of our favorite places on campus: Reitz Union! Our student union, the J. Wayne Reitz Union, is the hub of student life. Students come here to study, relax, eat, and more. There is plenty to do, from bowling, to eating at the food court, looking for internships at the Career Connections Center, and making new art pieces in the arts and crafts center. Various events can be held in the Union, like Florida Days (we love meeting our newest Gators), the Gator Market (where students, university departments, local businesses, and student organizations showcase and sell their products and services), or streaming a popular sporting event on the big screen. The Reitz is also home to our Welcome Center where you can come and take a student-led campus tour! (Hint hint: sign up on our website). When the tour is over, you can head upstairs to the UF Bookstore and get some Gator gear!
