RFK Jr. declined an on-camera interview but said via email that he would like to expand the Vaccine Injury Table. Kennedy also wants to broaden definitions for “seizures and encephalopathy” — two neurological conditions that can be associated with autism. Autism is not on the list of injuries eligible within vaccine court. Secretary Kennedy told us that although the original intent was “idealistic, compassionate, and sensible,” the court has become “a disaster for the families of injured children.
