The Houston Police Department received calls about a body in the water and reported, “We received a drowning call… Officers are at the scene trying to determine what’s going on.” ______________________________ Although officials, including Mayor #JohnWhitmire, have denied any connections to a serial killer, stating, “We do not have any evidence that there is a serial killer loose in Houston.
