Our bi-annual ETA Spring Conference started today! The last time we saw our 2022 ETAs was during the 2022 ETA Orientation Training Program’s Departure Day Ceremony. The Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program gives American college graduates the opportunity to teach English in Korean elementary and secondary schools. After 6 weeks of receiving training on teaching pedagogy and Korean language and culture, Orientation culminated in a Departure Day ceremony. There, ETAs met Office of Education officials and their co-teachers before leaving for their 10-month grant in placement cities across the country.
