The English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program holds an extensive Orientation Training Program (OTP) to prepare grantees for life and work in Korea. During the 6-week program, there are multiple components intended to give ETAs basic TEFL teacher training and Korean culture training. The OTP period helps ETAs build bonds with their fellow ETAs that last through and past the grant year. Dynasty Bonding is a special way ETAs connect with one another and build a support network through competitive group challenges.
