MANDARIN UPSIDE DOWN CAKE. Can’t stop chugging drinkspindrift’s new Yuzu Mandarin flavor — it’s so bright, juicy, and refreshing that it inspired me to bake a little mandarin upside down cake to celebrate!! I used a dry caramel this time which gives you little bits of crunchy caramel-coated mandarin segments when you flip it out. Very moist!! Very fresh!! Very much the perfect pairing with a Spindrift!
