Exercise 1: You can use any weight. I personally used 8lbs. If you are a beginner start with 6 lbs and work your way up.
Exercise 2: You honestly do not need to stand up. You can progress from doing sit ups to possibly adding in the stand up component.
Exercise 3: Pretty straightforward.
