👑 Slow go better than no go. Jacob Waterman battled through a bum neck and outlasted the rest of the field to win the 2025 Arkansas High Country Race in 6 days, 9 hours, 17 minutes. His inability to hold his head up definitely slowed him down, forced him to walk sections and resulted in a crash or two but not finishing was never in the plan.
