Veil Nebula, a stunning supernova remnant located in the constellation Cygnus, about 2,400 light-years from Earth. It’s the visible remains of a massive star that exploded around 10,000 to 20,000 years ago. The explosion spread its outer layers into space, creating a vast, glowing cloud of ionized gas and filaments. I captured this image from my backyard last night. I had a total of 4 panels exposed, each panel was only 1 hour exposed.
