7 nights of shooting the Triangulum Galaxy (M33). This video took me the most time and effort I ever spent on a single video/image. The image took 7 nights of shooting and long hours of processing. Shooting took a span of 6 weeks due to cloudy nights or other nights where I faced technical difficulties that had me redo the session. Technically, I captured the galaxy for 12 nights but I used data from the best 7 nights. I used a monochrome camera and high end colored filters to overcome the light pollution in my backyard. The total integration time was 49 hours. Truly, one of the best images I’ve captured, and one that is dearest to my heart.
