Mon Orxata visit last Wednesday! Orxata and fartons are among the most iconic foods in Valencia. This refreshing drink, made from tigernuts (chufas), has its origins in the Valencian region and has been enjoyed for centuries, especially during the summer months. Traditionally paired with soft, sweet fartons, it represents one of the most authentic tastes of Valencian culture.
