This past weekend, Luke Adair ran a new personal best in the 8k in a time of 27:03 at the Blugold Invitational, surpassing his previous personal best by a minute and 19 seconds. His effort put him in the crucial 5th man spot for the Firebirds resulting in a Top 10 team performance in a competitive 34 team field!
