If you’re looking for a ramen spot in New York, Kyruramen is worth a try. Known for their unique seating arrangement stacked on top of another and also offering private booths. I tried their tempura, Sapporo miso ramen, the chicken ramen and the matcha crepe cake for desert. The tempura and that dipping sauce was my favorite. The broth for the chicken ramen was so good and flavorful. I’m not a matcha fan but thought I’d give it a try and I still don’t like matcha ☺️ I felt like it could’ve used something on top like ice cream or a some type of fruity glaze but matcha lovers might like it.
