Your Toronto Zoo is committed to a long-term partnership with sanccob saves seabirds, an organization dedicated to reversing the decline of endangered seabird populations, especially the critically endangered African penguin 🐧 Through the tzwconservancy Wilding Endangered Species Preservation Fund, we’re contributing $50,000 over five years to support SANCCOB’s Penguin and Seabird Rangers Program. These rangers play a vital role in protecting seabirds and their habitats, collecting valuable scientific data, supporting coexistence between humans and wildlife, and safeguarding thousands of African penguins and other seabirds that might otherwise not survive.
