Lauren was a part of the RFID Lab team from Fall 2019 to Spring 2023, where she first joined as a Customer Experience Analyst before serving as a Project Manager for nearly three years. During her time at Auburn, she majored in Apparel Merchandising and later pursued both her MBA and M.S. in Supply Chain while continuing to work at the Lab throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies. Today, Lauren is a Commercial Development GOLD Associate at Avery Dennison, where she partners with sales teams to identify and win new business opportunities. Reflecting on her time at the Lab, Lauren credits quarterly board presentations with shaping her ability to command and influence a room. These sessions challenged her to defend the business value of projects, anticipate pushback, and clearly articulate how initiatives could drive retailer success; skills she continues to rely on in her career today.
