Conrad spent two years at the RFID Lab as an Approver on our ALEC team. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and now works as a Sales Application Engineer at FineLine Technologies, where he’s making a real impact in the industry. When asked what advice he’d give to current students, Conrad shared: “You’re going to make mistakes, that’s part of it. Own them, learn from them, and don’t make the same one twice. Hiding a mistake only makes it worse.” We’re incredibly proud to see Conrad thriving at FineLine and continuing to grow in his career.
