Torr graduated from Auburn University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Management. During his two years at the RFID Lab, he began as a Lab Technician on A-Team and later became an Aerospace Project Manager. He now works at Alaska Airlines as a Network Scheduling Analyst! When reflecting on his time at the lab, Torr said: “The lab is a unique setting where we can input creativity into our processes and think differently. Many companies have established processes that can be difficult to move away from - but with the right innovation, it can really benefit efficiency and the bottom line. That mindset is something I learned at the lab and try to apply to my job every day.” His advice for students entering the workforce? “Don’t be afraid to ask questions, to absolutely everyone around you.
