Carribean shepherd’s pie / Pastelón de Yuca (full recipe will be on substack tomorrow 💌) This is a pretty popular meal where you take a traditional shepherd’s or cottage pie, swap the mince for picadillo, and the crispy mashed potato layer for mashed yuca.
