Same shirt. Same girl. Different woman. -40lbs. I had a stroke a couple of years ago, which threw off my brain chemistry and really messed me up. And on top of that, I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Meniere’s Disease, & PCOS.. causing medical weight gain and making it about 100x harder for me to lose weight in comparison to the “average” person. I’m not saying any of this for pity, either. I’m proof that if I can do it, anyone can. Even with a massive brick wall standing between me & my goals, I’m making it happen.
