There’s a certain kind of magic that sweeps through Boise when the Coven Dinners return 🕯️✨
For six years under_the_table_boise has been bringing back year round intimate dinner parties and experimental dining in the North End.
Hosted by my friend Adan and his husband Kevin, these gatherings began as a creative way to help fund their wedding and have grown into unforgettable three-hour culinary experiences. It all starts with champagne and then guests bring their own bottles to pair with the menu as the night unfolds.
I keep a close eye on their socials for the moment they announce the coveted “Coven Dinners”, and this year I was ready the second tickets went live.
This year’s Apothecary theme was stunning, with local food collaborations and a menu that was pure magic:
