This one was on stories but deserved some permanence. My first interaction with Acadia was with Mount Desert Island and, while beautiful, I didn’t get the hype as I had to wade through insane lines and people everywhere to take the same photos as millions before me have taken. And then I got to Schoodic Peninsula, and oooh boy did this spot tug the heart strings. Okay… the hype is worth it. #maine #acadianationalpark #mainething #downeastmaine #schoodicpeninsula
