Space-themed street art has once again landed at our HQ in Paris, France!
On 4 March 2025, renowned French artist invaderwashere reinstated one of his signature mosaics on our new building—marking another chapter in this cosmic collaboration between art and space exploration.
If you’ve been following the invasion, you’ll know Invader’s pixelated mosaics have travelled beyond Earth, from the Columbus module on the iss to our centres across Europe.
From mission control in Darmstadt to our astronaut training base in Cologne, Germany, the European Space Security and Education Centre in Belgium, our Earth observation centre in Italy, and our technical heart in the Netherlands—these iconic pieces celebrate the international spirit of space exploration and the creativity that fuels it.
Now, Invader’s artwork is back at the heart of ESA, where our Member States work together to push the boundaries of what’s possible in space.
